Please join us for a presentation on the results of the 2024 Florida Data Science for Social Good (DSSG) projects. The DSSG interns have been working on the Cathedral Arts Project, Florida Philanthropic Network, Florida Health Justice Project, and Jacksonville Area Legal Aid projects during a 12-week intensive data science internship program offered at the University of North Florida. Each project addresses a wicked problem facing Florida residents, such as arts education, Census undercount, healthcare access, and wrongful home eviction. At the event, DSSG interns will discuss findings and reveal insights gained from the projects.
